We are excited to partner with Atwater’s of Baltimore for a guided wine and cheese pairing experience in the tasting room, led by Graham, one of their cheese mongers. We will taste through a selection of Atwater's homemade cheese and 5 Dodon wines, including a perfect pairing for our newest release, Rhizome!
Graham has been in the food industry for her entire working career, and in the cheese making business for 3.5 years. Graham says, “It was an unexpected, but very welcome blessing!” She began working in the Atwater’s cheese department on a part time basis, but now is a full time cheese monger and has helped cultivate thousands of pounds of cheese of all different varieties. Her favorite is the gouda, but don’t tell the other cheeses that!
